This piece describes the feeling of having the first impulse in love. This feeling is pure and though it may not necessarily produce any result, it still remains as a beautiful memory to reminiscent. In this work, Winne has become a puppet for love and infatuated with the feeling of first love. The existence of MALI flower and the honey jar also express the sweet interpretation of first love.

The wisdom of nature is no less than humans. When flowers couldn't move freely, bees and butterflies approach them for honey, concurrently spreading their seeds far and wide into the ecosystem to birth new life. Ryan San’s rhythmic brush strokes on gentle flowers expressed the richness of a person’s emotions against the calmness of flora, exploring a dynamic relationship between humans and nature.

Ryan San (b. 1988) is a Chinese Hong Kong Contemporary artist. He has been acknowledged as one of the most active young artists from Hong Kong in recent years. His signature works surrounding the malleability of flowers have often been hailed as auspicious pieces. He figuratively captured the energy of the universe transpired through these short-lived but energetic blooms, and expressed it fully in his paintings to share with the world.
